Sky Vault (NYC)

Sky Vault is an intimate performance venue curated and hosted by poet Robert C. Ford, located in a historic former bank building in New York City’s Wall Street district. The space blends the elegance of 19th-century salon gatherings with the casual immediacy of NPR’s Tiny Desk concerts, offering audiences close-up experiences with world-class musicians in a relaxed, communal setting.

In collaboration with Composers Concordance, Sky Vault presents genre-spanning concerts featuring acclaimed artists across jazz, classical, rock, and experimental music. Guests enjoy not only the performances but also the rare opportunity to mingle with performers and fellow audience members.

Notable past performers include Carli Muñoz (piano--Beach Boys, Wilson Pickett), Anthony Arya (Americana singer-songwriter--NBC’s The Voice), Paul Nowinski (double bass--Les Paul, Keith Richards), Jay Rodriguez Sierra (saxophone--Groove Collective, Wu-Tang Clan), and Rob Schwimmer (piano, theremin--Wayne Shorter, Paul Simon, Esperanza Spalding).
